products of several Mutual Funds who are clients of CAMS. To facilitate single
point handling of distributor queries across all Mutual Fund clients of CAMS,
the CAMS Distributor Helpdesk may be contacted as a single point
contact.

The CAMS Distributor Helpdesk
will register every distributor query with a reference number. Because of the
complexity of most distributor queries, an instant reply may not be possible.
However, each query will be followed up with the right people within CAMS till a
satisfactory response is obtained. The distributor will be kept advised
periodically of the status while the matter is being researched.
The
Distributor Helpdesk will handle queries relating to brokerage amounts,
brokerage structures, brokerage reports/data, Mailback, and general queries
about the procedure followed to compute and pay brokerages. Queries relating to
transactions or account statements of your investors may be directed to our
Investor Call Center at 1800 200 CAMS.
