Locate a Service Centre

For the convenience of Investors and Intermediaries, CAMS has set up Service Centres that are connected in realtime to the back office at Chennai. This connectivity allows service centres to access the database for transaction acceptance as well as query handling, thus enabling same day transaction processing and across the counter servicing. For telephonic enquiries, please call the National Call Center at 1800 200 2267. Distributors may call our Distributor Helpdesk at 044 30212664.

At Service Centres, you may submit transactions, service requests and make enquiries about your balance, valuation or ask for a statement. At FundsNetTM broker operated locations, you can submit transactions till 3pm and these will be directly passed to CAMS without going through a CAMS SC. However you will have to be a client of the broker concerned. Please also note that FundsNetTM locations are operated by brokers and CAMS is not responsible for transactions submitted there.

  • TP Lites and Extension Counters have limited operating hours of 12:00 p.m. to 3 p.m
  • Extension Counters only accept application forms and service requests. For any enquiries, customers transacting at these locations are requested to call the nearest CAMS Service Centre or the National Toll Free Customer Support number.
