For the convenience of Investors and Intermediaries, CAMS has set up Service
Centres that are connected in realtime to the back office at Chennai. This
connectivity allows service centres to access the database for transaction
acceptance as well as query handling, thus enabling same day transaction
processing and across the counter servicing.

At Service Centres, you may submit transactions, service requests and make enquiries about
your balance, valuation or ask for a statement.
At FundsNetTM broker operated locations
you can submit transactions till 3pm and these will be directly passed to CAMS without going through a
CAMS SC. However you will have to be a client of the broker concerned. Please also note that
FundsNetTM locations are operated by brokers and CAMS is not responsible
for transactions submitted there.
