National Pension System (PFRDA)







Central government has introduced a National Pension System with effect from 01 January 2004. The National Pension System initially targeted new entrants to central government service (excluding Armed Forces) and from 01 May 2009 National Pension System is available to all other citizens of India. CAMS have been appointed by PFRDA as Point of Presence (POP) for accepting service requests from citizens of INDIA.

CAMS is also ISO 9001 certified for Process Quality, and is ISO 27001 certified for Information Security Management. As a part of suite of services offered to the clientele, CAMS offers - Service Center / Front Office Network at 223 locations with ongoing reach enhancement plan, Back Office Teams that are dedicated to individual client’s needs with an overall office space of 2,85,000 sq.ft, Shared Services and Customized Services.

We are pleased to inform you that 190 Front Offices (POP-SPs) of CAMS located at major locations will accept service requests from public under the National Pension System. For more details please visit our Front Office/call us.

CAMS accepts the above service requests 6 days' a week. Monday to Friday between 9 am to 5 pm and on Saturday between 9 am to 1 pm in 142 locations and between 12.00 noon to 3.00 p.m in 47 locations (Check Location details in Contact Us). CAMS Charges only Rs.20/- plus service tax for each service requests
