If you have an account related query or a complaint, please fill out the form below and submit it to us. Your query will be directly added to the query queue of the appropriate Customer Service Group. Please fill as much information as you can to help us locate your account. The Folio Number and/or the exact name of the first applicant are definitely required.

Email is cost effective, reliable and environment friendly. We encourage you to register your email address with CAMS by writing to us under original signature. Providing an email address will enable you to participate in a host of E-Services.

Risk Factors : Please be aware that there is a risk that Account Statements requested via email can be intercepted by hackers while en-route to your mailbox, or seen by unauthorised individuals if your inbox security is inadequate.
