PAN Based Service Requests

If your PAN is registered at CAMS, you could give us service requests such as Change in Address or Change of Bank Details based upon a Registered PAN Number rather than provide multiple requests for multiple Folios in multiple Funds serviced by CAMS. Service requests based upon a Registered PAN Number will be easily and efficiently executed for all your folios in all Mutual Funds serviced by CAMS based upon a single request referencing your Registered PAN Number.

To send service requests based upon PAN, simply add the following at the end of the Service Request "I authorise you to execute this Service Request for all folios in all Mutual Funds serviced by you where my PAN Number is quoted for the first holder" or alternately use this form to send a Service Request.
